- Seller Verification Data: business license, TIN number, identification documents, professional certificates, and category-specific licenses.
- Financial Details: bank account (for payouts), Chapa or Telebirr transaction references.
- Profile Information: store name, logo, description, and uploaded content.
- Customer Orders: delivery addresses, order details, and communications with sellers.
- Support Requests: inquiries, complaints, and correspondence with our team.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (browser, IP address, device ID).
- Log data (usage, login time, pages viewed, clicks, errors).
- Cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and secure your session.

- Buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery or service completion is confirmed.
- Payouts to sellers follow the minimum and maximum limits defined by the respective payment providers.
7. Google API and User Data
- Byfluence integrates with Google APIs (including Google Meet and Google Calendar) to allow users to schedule and conduct online consultation sessions.
- Byfluence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data accessed from Google (e.g., user email, event time, Meet link) is used only to create or manage consultations.
- Byfluence does not use, share, or sell this data for marketing or advertising.
- Users can revoke Google access or request deletion of related data at any time by emailing support@byfluence.com.
- Revoking Google permissions automatically disables any connected features.
8. Data Retention and Security
- We retain your information only for as long as your account remains active, or as required for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes.
- After account closure, limited transaction records may be retained for up to five (5) years to comply with Ethiopian financial regulations.
- You may request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting support@byfluence.com.
- Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- All data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- While we apply industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune to risks.
- If a data breach or unauthorized access occurs, Byfluence will promptly notify affected users in line with applicable laws.
9. Your Rights and Choices
As a Byfluence user, you have the following rights:

14. Account Closure and Data Deletion

Once your account is closed, access to your data and dashboard will end. Certain transaction and financial records may be retained for compliance reasons.
